What is The Seeking Band made of?
The Seeking Band is made of the highest quality surgical grade stainless steel. It is hypoallergenic and more durable than traditional metals which is why so many fine jewelers are now leaning toward contemporary metals.
Why do I need to register my Seeking Band?
Your Seeking Band comes with a serial number that can be registered on our website. This registration ensures that you are first in line for incentives and links to any future upgrades. This registration is optional and we never share your personal information.
What if my ring doesn't fit?
You are allowed one free return for fittings within 30 days of receipt, but we strongly recommend using the printable ring sizer so you can wear your new Seeking Band immediately.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt for a refund or exchange less shipping charges.
